Starbuck’s Etiquette, Part 2: The Cell Phone

So we’ve talked about Officing, and within that post the topic of cell phones came up but not in its entirety.

Many Starbuck’s customers believe that they are entitled not only to a good cup of espresso, but also a good a good conversation on their cell phone throughout any stage if their Starbuck’s experience.

Having a cell phone converstation at Starbuck’s is within the realms of etiquette, but you must be careful how, when, and where you conduct this conversation.

How: Always quiet and respetful of others privacy. Always being aware that everyone around you can hear you so keep your conversation public in nature.

When: Never while ordering and never answer a call or text while you are meeting woth someone

Where: Never at the counter or in the bathroom.
