Desperate

This week I have been so desperate for Jesus in my life! I want so much more of Him. I want to be desperate for Him like this all of the time.
It’s at these times of desperation where I want Jesus more, not only for myself, but for others.
I am SO hungry for God- in the lives of others. I want so badly to see the lost found and the captives set free. I want to see people changed and transformed by Jesus Christ. I want to see people falling down at His feet and worshiping Him! I SO look forward to the day when there is a sea of people from every nation, tribe, and tongue bowing down before the thrown of God.
I want to hear all creation cry,” Worthy is the Lamb!”
I want to feel the rhythms of His praise cycle throughout eternity without ceasing.
I want to see Christianity and changed lives roar through my community like wildfire like it is in other communities and nations. And maybe I’m selfish, but I’m so hungry for God to use me in sparking that fire in some small way.
Whatever it takes; whatever the cost; I want to see the Kingdom of the Lord advanced!
