Being Healthy Is…

…never letting yourself get thirsty.
If you’re thirsty, it means that you’re already on your way to being dehydrated.
Thirst is your bodies warning alarm letting you know that you don’t have enough fluid in your body.
And having an active mind or body while not having some liquid fuel to keep you going is down right dangerous!
So carry around a water bottle with you all the time an drink, drink, drink. “Not thirsty”, you say? Good! You shouldn’t be. Drink water all day long and reap the rewards of feeling better, having more energy.
As a side note, having a stomach full of water makes you not as hungry between your normally scheduled meals and snacks so your not tempted to graze your way through the day.
