Being Healthy Is…
…riding your bike to work. Not only will you burn WAY more calories than driving, but you’ll also save money on gas and help keep the air clean at the same time.
Make sure that you are wearing a helmet and that you are well seen by wearing bright clothes an using proper reflectors and lights. While riding your bike is very good for you, it’s also very dangerous!
Short trips less than 3 miles are perfect for riding, but when trips are longer, you do have to take commute times into consideration.
Don’t have time or maybe it’s too cold, jump on a stationary bike at the gymn or hop on a treadmill after work.
Being healthy and working out is not a choice you can afford to neglect.
