Challenged
I live in a unique community with LOTS of mentally disabled people. The reasons are many, but the primary one is that my city, for nearly 100 years, was the only city in the state that could house pshychiatric hospitals and prisons. A Different World
So I sat down for breakfast with a friend last week. He had never heard of text messaging. In fact, I’ve come to find out, that this guy doesn’t read the newspaper or magaizines- ever! The Strangness of Losing Weight
Since February of 2008 I have lost about 60ibs. I never thought of myself as fat, but I wanted to get in better shape and look more fit. That has happened! Starting in February 2008 I slowly began eating a little better. Over the course of a year, I lost about 20 ibs. Dinner with an Old Friend
A few nights ago I had dinner with an old friend. I hadn’t sat down and had a conversation with him in at least 5 years. This friend, by many’s standards, is living in sin. In Kindergarten I was officially voted 'Most Inquisitive'.
I have been asking questions ever since as I believe that they are the catalyst to discovering the world all around us.
The answers to these questions have led me into an everlasting committed relationship with Jesus Christ, into a marriage with the love of my life, and into being the father of the two most beautiful children on earth.
It is my personal mission to glorify God with my life, advance His Kingdom through my ministry, and to love my family with everything I have.
