Escape

I’ve been a little depressed lately. I think it’s pressure to preform in ministry, the strange schedule the holidays can create, and the weather.

Either way; I want to escape for a while- very badly!

My sister and brother-in-law are in Disneyland right now. And I’ve got to say; I’m jealous.

Would love to see the joy and excitement on the faces of my wife and kids as they ride down Splash Mountain or pose with Mickey Mouse. Would love to feel the warm sunshine on my neck. Would love to have a few nights walking on beach or a boardwalk with my wife as we go from restaurant to shop and so on.

This may sound a little self-serving: but a guy can dream, right?
