Being Healthy Is…

…remaining active throughout the day in order to keep your metabolism up. Do this especially before and after meals so your body is fighting the calories you are intaking, offensively and defensively.
Try throwing in a quick set of 30 push-ups before a meal, or going on a short yet vigorous walk after a meal. While sitting at your desk, flex and relax your stomach muscles for 10-15 minutes, or flex your butt cheecks over and over again to tone your muscles and burn calories. Or skip sitting all together and stand for long portions of the day.
Every little bit helps.
