Being Healthy Is…
…Doing your outdoor activities and exercises during the day.
I just had my first running accident and it has ‘taken me out of the game’ for the past 48 hours; and it happened at night.
Whether you’re running, walking, or riding in the dark; people cannot see you as well ( possibly not at all). It could lead to you being hit by a car.
Another big problem, that I just discovered, is that you cannot see as well either. Things that are harmless during the day like trees, fences, signs, and ledges can become extremely hazardess at night.
So if at all possible, do your outdoor activities during the day. If you have to exercise at night, try a gymn or your living room. And if you absolutely have to do something outside, try wearing a headlamp, reflective light colored clothing, and a blinking light of two.
Your life, or at least your skull, may depend on it!
