Being Healthy Is…

…Brushing your teeth and flossing multiple times a day.

Throughout the day, as you eat food gets stuck and sits on your teeth for long periods of time- particularly the sugar that causes cavaties. Sugars from sports drinks, soft drinks, juices, and alcohol can saturte your teeth also causing major tooth decay.

As adults, and unlike sharks, we only get one set of teeth and we need to keep them clean ans healthy so we don’t lose them.

Cavaties can cause infections that can cause you to have horrible breath, get very sick, and even die. Not to mention that a deeply damaged church is extraordinarly painful.

So after every meal, or at least several times a day, you should rinse your mouth with water, floss (especially problem spots), and brush your teeth. You’ll look better, feel better, and be healthier.
