Random Things I Learned at Great Wolf Lodge
I will never get a tattoo-
Things people get tattoos of tend to become completely uncool within a few years, colors fade, and bodies tend to get bigger and uglier.
I will work hard to stay in shape-
I feel bad for people who completely neglect their bodies. Some people have so much extra weight that they look almost inhuman- especially when their body’s exposed by a swimsuit. It’s sad to see people so unhealthy and so prohibited by the amount of fat they carry around.
On the flipside of that last statement; I learned that losing lots of weight makes swimming a much colder and a much less-boyant experience!
Body hair just really never looks good-
I know this from experience. I have a lot of it. And I’m not ashamed to say that I shave it off. I look much better that way. However, I have learned the purpose for body hair: it really keeps you a lot warmer.
99.95% of people look better with their clothes on. Swimsuit, underwear, lingerie, or naked- most people just look more attractive with some clothes covering some things up. This goes for highly attractive men and women just as equally with the not so attractive men and women. The airbrushed perfectly sculpted/posed bikini models probably don’t look as good when they’re not in front of a camera either.
99.95% of women look better with makeup. Sorry girls, it’s true- REALLY true. What’s strange is that it was men who originally wore makeup. I wonder if people thought they looked better with it than without back then.
And finally, for now; if you’re going to charge $19 for an all-you-can eat buffet, it better be dang good! If Izzy’s can serve a bomb buffet for $11, anyone else can for $19.

Totally disagree on the makeup. I would prefer to see little to no makeup than it caked on to mimic on of da Vinci’s paintings. I think it’s one of the downsides of living in our modern culture.
