Church Marketing 101, Part 7

Chapter 7 of Church Marketing 101 was a lot of information to take in. What I walked away with more than anything though was the idea of offering people an experience versus a commodity, a good, or a service; then making that experience so impactful that it is a catalyst for people’s hearts to be opened to transformation in Christ. In order to create this kind of experience in my church I will be diligent in thoughtfully preparing every element people will encounter as they gather with us: ascetics, message, music, safety, programs, comfort, customer service, and most importantly seeking the presenceĀ and power of the Holy Spirit who makes the ultimate transformational experiences.
