Sun Stand Still Prayer Part 3

The second building (in preference, out of 6) that I am asking God to make the Sun Stand Still for so that we can use it as a church facility for God’s glory in this city is:

2. The Old Circuit City building on Lancaster.

This building is over 30k square feet and has over 30k cars drive in front of it everyday. The shopping Center still boasts a very busy Video Only, Chinese buffet, 24 Hour Fitness, IHOP, and Steakhouse. It is a great central location between the two I-5 entrances/exists on Lancaster and is a solid consumer hub between the Lancaster Mall and retailers at the far South end of Lancaster (like Shopko and Winco). It has an awesome storefront that could display a huge marquees Fellowship Church logo, and has over a hundred parking spaces dedicated strictly to the location.

There is not much going on church-wise within the general vicinity and would facilitate a powerful impact on this portion of Lancaster in East Salem.

The outside of the facility wouldn’t take too much remodeling, but to retrofit the inside would cost around $1M due to it being taken up by large stock rooms and retail floor space. The building has been sitting vacant for several years now and is just waiting to be filled by earth’s greatest organization: the Church. Here is a church that already did something spectacular to a building previously occupied by Circuit City!
