The Truth About Managing People, Part 6
One thing I found interesting in Part 6 of The Truth About Managing People is that conflict can be a good thing because it brings all points of view to a decision and makes the quality of the finished product better. As I am confronted with opposing views, I will make sure to hear them out and allow those with them the opportunity to sit in brainstorming meetings so that I can take their ideas into my decision making. This (if directly related to reaching more people for Christ) will enable my church to reach more people with different viewpoints.
