Somebody’s Watching Me
Yesterday I received a surprise in the mail; not the mortgage overpayment check I’ve been waiting eagerly for, but a traffic ticket- in the mail. Be Here Now
Today I heard of a young mother of 6 who tragically died as a result of a freak rafting accident. My heart breaks for her, her husband, her family, but especially for her children. Sometimes there seems to be no reason, there are no answers, and there is little that can be said or done to ease the pain, anger, and mourning. Opposing Forces

Active Cultures
Usually I write about more serious stuff. I have two blogs I’m hashing out now that I’ll probably put out in a few days. Being Healthy Is…
