Fishers of Men
Today I took my son fishing. We had a great time fishing, but a horrible time catching. In fishing, it’s ok if you don’t do any catching, it’s still fun and rewarding. Right next to us, though, was a woman who caught three fish as we sat next to her; and already had one on her string. Baby Got Back…Pain
For the last week or so, my back has been sore. But two nights ago as I arose from putting my son to bed, it completely went out. I literally could not get my spine to hold the weight of my body. In Kindergarten I was officially voted 'Most Inquisitive'.
Ever since, I have been asking questions ever since as I believe that they are the catalyst to discovering the world all around us.
The answers to these questions have led me into an everlasting committed relationship with Jesus Christ, into a marriage with the love of my life, and into being the father of the two most beautiful children on earth.
I am the Pastor at Fellowship Church in Salem, Oregon and these are my thoughts on life.
