A Different World
So I sat down for breakfast with a friend last week. He had never heard of text messaging. In fact, I’ve come to find out, that this guy doesn’t read the newspaper or magaizines- ever! Conservative vs Liberal
I got pulled in to a conversation the other day with a pastor who wanted to tell me how horrible Barack Obama is, how evil people who get abortions are, and how terrible gay marriage is. Influence ans Exploitarion
There has only been one new show this television season that my wife and I have gotten hooked on: Flash Forward. I love sci-fi dramas so this show was a no brainer. The fact that it was created by some writers from Lost, had lots of Lost references, and major Lost actors played title roles helped a lot as well. In Kindergarten I was officially voted 'Most Inquisitive'.
I have been asking questions ever since as I believe that they are the catalyst to discovering the world all around us.
The answers to these questions have led me into an everlasting committed relationship with Jesus Christ, into a marriage with the love of my life, and into being the father of the two most beautiful children on earth.
It is my personal mission to glorify God with my life, advance His Kingdom through my ministry, and to love my family with everything I have.
I am the Pastor at Fellowship Church in Salem, Oregon and these are my thoughts on life.
